There is a madness that we are living within that we can't discern, it's so much like the air we breath. Money is not our purpose for existence. We need to share the learning of how to make money the servant not the master.

The PURPOSE of our Worker Cooperative as per our rules:
The co-operative will be managing many projects of differing content and scope. Educational, artistic, professional projects that enable cultural change towards stronger, deeper relations to living in thriving communities in balance with the earth.
The PRIMARY ACTIVITIES of our Worker Cooperative as per our rules:
The primary activities of the co-operative are producing and distributing creative projects.
There is incredible scope here to be able to deliver work from so many sources. Our core intention to build a worker cooperative of humans that LOVE what they do. We are doing the work we are here, with earth, as each of us is, here to do. Building the solutions we need to thrive during these turbulent times. Making offerings to those that can hear, can act, choose to work with the self, with life, with each other.
Our co-working spaces will have studio's for all kinds of art; film, audio, sculpture, costume, theatre space. We will have space for all kinds of professionals to do their work alongside, professional suites for all manner of professions. We will build space for scientists, tinkerers, makers, innovators that want to explore the possibilities of hemp, mycelium, game/film/sound making, dance/ritual/theatre, human capacities for kindness and health, collective wealth, with activism in all it's realms as we live deeply good lives, held by each other and committed to earth.
Can we imagine biomimicry that arrives from the center of the circle? Science is not finished until it's communicated and perhaps it needs somewhere else to speak from beyond the confines of corporate and university (corporate) agenda's? When we put science in the same room as art, as education, what else can we learn from the pursuit of knowing, of understanding our world. What else can we communicate to the world when our science isn't gagged or ignored or dismissed?
Our membership will grow as we work with people. You are either sought after for your skills and employed on one of our projects and we both feel that there is a resonant relationship with your work, your world, and the path we are building. The second way to become member is to bring your project to us. As we consider it's fit, we can work together, feel into one another, know if we have a resonance, or don't. We shall know each other by our fruits, by the results of our working together.
What do we do? Currently, we are working through the many projects that live within our founder members. These range from .pdf's on Money Madness, to worker cooperative education, with our first board game developing. There are plans for a new scientific platform to share science in different way. We have processes and practices we want to share and a deep challenge to the adult industry as well.
How do we work? We use Dragon Dreaming as a project management toolbox. It fits us and we have tweaked it already as we are learning to use it. In our cooperative governance we are exploring indigenous protocols for wealth management. For those that have had a continuous culture for so very long, and took such grand care of such an incredible continent such as so called Australia, are incredible in their understanding of being with collective wealth.
